When you book Balcombe Place, our in house events team will ensure everything runs smoothly. From first enquiry to the day itself, and beyond, we will watch over your plans and ideas and be your support throughout.  It's the little things we will assist with, including timings and logistics, access for you and your suppliers, hints and tips for the best possible stay and all of this will be managed in your Balcombe Place Event Plan. 

This service is offered for every booking here at Balcombe Place, whether it is for your wedding, your party, meeting or just for an over night stay. We aim to provide a relaxed, stress free and enjoyable experience not matter what the occasion.

Wedding Planner

Planning the biggest day of your life can be daunting and time-consuming. If you are looking for further assistance, talk to us about our Wedding Planning service upgrade. This services is cost on a bespoke basis. Taking advantage of the Balcombe Place wedding planning service means every detail of your wedding is managed, planned, and executed to perfection. If you need that extra hand, whether that is getting in touch with suppliers, the overall look of your wedding, advice from seasoned professionals, or simply help in the last minute run up to the big day, we can offer that support in-house.

On booking you will have access to our Little Black Book of recommended suppliers. 

We have searched high and low, long and hard to find the very best suppliers. We have sourced local geniuses, people we have worked with, people we trust and people we like! The key to any event is knowing that those providing a service to you, have your best interests at heart. 

Our suppliers list will grow and grow as we embark on our journey, for now we have chosen the key areas we know you just can't do without.
