The Balcombe Estate is a 3,500 acre traditional family-run estate centred on the village of Balcombe in West Sussex in the High Weald AONB. The estate comprises of a mix of farmland and actively managed forest and woodland which supply our modern, sustainable sawmill.

We have years of experience working with timber in many forms and have a range of equipment at our mill in Sussex that allows us to produce various finished products.

Delightful 1 bedroom cottage in Balcombe village. Sleeps 3 - one king size bed and a sofa bed for additional one person. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, large fenced garden with patio area, ample parking.  Available all year.
